Where is my phone



I changed my pre paid plan to a post paid plan on Feburary 13th, 2020 so that I could upgrade my handset to the new Samsung S20 Ultra 5g, but have not recieved anything indicating that this part ever got processed. I need a new handset and want this fixed ASAP.


I have also attached photos of the messages from "Angeline " as she is the person I was speaking to
