Hi,  I just signed up to a new plan ($49 a month) with BYO SIM, when I signed up it gave me a $10 bonus, when I received the details of my plan, no where did it say the $10 discount, can you please advise, this is not what I singed for,

On a Telstra plan. Data Roaming turned off.  What would it likely cost to send a (short)message through an App such as WhatsApp or Viber when WI Fi not available.  Assume it would use Telstra mobile network data.
