reverse charging to a post paid mobile account

Id like to know if you can do a 1800 reverse style call to a mobile rather than a house phone?

 

I have 2 kids on a pre-paid accounts and their are times when they run out of credit but still require to ring home (yes I know they can do this with a house land line phone), but what happens if you have to terminate the house phone account and only have a post paid mobile?

Hey cretsiah,

Your children should still be able to make reverse charges calls to a PostPaid Mobile by calling 12550 or 1800 NoCash (1800 662 274).

Your children should still be able to make reverse charges calls to a PostPaid Mobile by calling 12550 or 1800 NoCash (1800 662 274).

Would it be possible to get more info on these services? As im not having much luck whilst trying to search the telstra site.

A fact sheet with pricing would be great, fore-warned is fore-armed thanks.

 

the eldest is not quite money savvy and currently uses the 1800reverse to the housephone, however it is being disconnected in a couple of weeks so hence why asking for the alternative.
