stay connected request

I have stay connected included in my plan. I broke my phone and went online to submit a request for a replacement phone. I accidently clicked the wrong request type and now I cannot go back and change it. And when I go to submit a new request it only gives me the option to finish the my last request which I do not want. ive called Telstra for 4 days in a row and no one can help me out. Is there anything I can do as I rely on my phone for work???
