subscribed but saying not subscribed after overseas trip

After returning from overseas holiday and put SIM back into iPhone it now states "You are not subscribed to a mobile data service" Therefore can't not use internet etc.. on phone.  The voice service works but not the Data.

Solved!!!!!!! Overseas carrier had locked in their profile. Had to delete their profile and do a soft reboot. Now working fine.
