How to check if Call Forward is turned on or off on your mobile?

 

There are three different types of Call Forward – for all calls, for when you don't answer the phone, and for when you're on another call. Any of these may be on or off on your phone.
 
To check if Call Forward is on or off, enter the code provided below into your mobile's keypad:
 
  • Call Forward (all calls): Enter *#21# then press call/send1
 
  • Call Forward (no answer): Enter *#61# then press call/send1
 
  • Call Forward (busy): Enter *#67# then press call/send1

(1 Call Forward charges do not apply to customers on BlackBerry® Voice Plans.)
