Is The Stay Connected App Unmetered?

Our StayConnected™  app is unmetered when used over our mobile network (3G/4G*), however you will find that there is a small almost insignificant data usage recorded when the app on your device makes a service call to Apple Push Notification Service (IOS) or Google Cloud Messaging (Android) to establish its location. This only occurs when the user requests a device location via the online portal.

 

*Please note the service is metered when used over a Wi-Fi connection
