Help needed. Since switch to Bigpond last month, my Canon MG3560 wifi printer is not detected on our home network by any of our devices. Have tried rebooting the modem and printer and installing the printer manually, but no luck. Message says "no printer found". Is there a setting in the modem/gateway perhaps that I need to change?
Another issue, how do I access the gateway? I have not been provided with a password.

Sometimes printer connections via WiFi can be a little tricky.
My latest printer required that I connect direct to my printer via my computer/tablet/smart phone and then access the interface of the printer and manually key in the WiFi security key of the modem. It took me a while to figure out, but it hasn't missed a beat since.
Have you taken a look through the user guide on the CD that came with the Printer to see if you need to do something similar?
