Enabling Broadband Protect Parental Controls just gives an error

Broadband Protect Parental Controls was working well for me for about 6 months. But recently Parental Controls stopped working without notice. I tried disabling and reenabling Parental Controls on the website http://www.protect.telstra.com.au. But whenever I enable them, I just get the error message: "We couldn't process your request because of a network error. Try again, or if you need help, contact us." Any one else struggling with this?

Re: Enabling Broadband Protect Parental Controls just gives an error

Hi @ajbb

Very sorry to read about your ongoing Broadband Protect issues and thanks for taking the time to test out a few options to attempt to work towards a fix.

When you click on the "Contact Us" button which options are listed for support?

I look forward to your response.

Re: Enabling Broadband Protect Parental Controls just gives an error

I have exactly the same issue. It worked perfectly until a month or 2 ago.

I was told on the chat that system update had been done on total broadband protect a couple months ago.

In my telstra account (Total broadband protect) I have noticed the lists are empty when you click the "View full list" on Low, Medium and High.

I formerly had a custom list with porn sites selected.

I have had it set to High, but it wouldn't block anything. But early this week I noticed it was blocking skype, viber and porn sites, so I put it back to Medium. But now it doesn't block anything. Putting back to High, doesn't block anything too!
