I am trying to log into the modem settings to adjust our wifi password and restrict wifi usage. When I go to my gateway, it asks for username and password. This should be admin and admin or admin and password but neither of these work so I can't access my settings. Can anyone help? If i reset my modem will this give me access again/ i can't afford to not have wifi as i'm working at home with the coronavirus problem (not personally!) but i don't want to risk it!!! Can anyone help?

Which modem model is it?
Off the top of my head you didn't need to put a user/password into a frontier unless the login was manually changed.
Sounds like you may need to factory reset it to get in
