Gen 2 Smart Modem Stuck on mobile mode

Please help with changing my modem to ADSL from mobile mode. ADSL is connected but modem remains on mobile mode and is near useless! I have restarted the modem. Reset it. Nothing works!

Have you entered your bigpond username (Full bigpond primary email address) and password in the Basic > Broadband > PPPOE settings on the modem?
