Having trouble with modem connecting to NBN

Hi, having trouble with my modem. Got an email saying it's ready to go with NBN, however having trouble getting NBN connection with my Smart Gen 2 modem. I have restarted and check plugs etc but nothing seems to work. Says I'm online and all buttons are green behind the modem except front light indicator is just blue.

Can someone help please?

Just realised we need a wall adapt to connect. That works haha

Glad to hear you got this resolved. The blue light shows that the modem is using the 4G back-up which is also confirmed when the Mobile Mode light is green at the back.
