Internet keeps dropping out

I’m on HFC - and since joining Nbn my internet keeps dropping out especially when more than one wifi user is connected to the smart modem my main computer is Ethernet but still drops out each day

Sorry for the late reply. I can understand your concern regarding the frequent dropouts. Have you been able to get assistance from our NBN Assurance team?

It might be useful to do a factory reset of the modem. The reset button is inset opposite the ethernet ports

Hi yes I had a nbn tech come to my house ..there were some splitter and connectors outside wall not functioning properly and he replaced them all... no drop out since
