My new modem is stuck on back up mode

Hi there, I'm setting up my modem and the light isn't moving from blue to green (connecting to ADSL).  Does any have any advice about what might be the cause? I can't get through to speak to anyone at Telstra. I have everything ready to go except I don't have the phone handset yet. Thanks!

If WAN / DSL light is green check that the correct username (Full Bigpond primary email address) and password is entered in the PPPOE section of the modems Broadband settings. 

 

To log into modem open a Web browser and go to http://192.168.0.1, password is Telstra.
