Mygateway

I have been having trouble with internet. I have turned off and unplugged modem several times.  No change.  Except just now the status and internet lights are solid red.  Is my modem stuffed

It is more likely that there is a line fault. What type of connection do you have (ADSL, FTTN ...)? What model modem do you have?
