NBN Connection issue

Hi,

Im currently having trouble connecting to the NBN. My service type is fixed wireless, with the home phone still on copper. After about 8hours of use my gateway frontier modem failed, so a new one was sent out. In the meantime i have been using an NBN compatible D-link Modem which was working fine until until monday when i turned the NBN wall connection box on and off again to try and fix a signal strength issue. Since turning it on and off again i have been unable to connect to the nbn, even trying the new telstra gen2 smart which arrived today. All lights on the NBN wall box are green(status light is flashing green). Ive tried plugging a cat6 ethernet cable directly from the box to several laptops (bypass check) but still cant connect. Has anyone encountered this problem before? If so how hard was it to fix? Note-I contacted telstra tech support today and they are looking into the issue, i just thought id ask on here aswell.

Only way to get it fixed would be to raise a fault as you have done.
For Official Support start a Secure Chat , try the Online Troubleshooter, Outage Check or Complaint.

Yes, basically you've done all the trouble shooting I would have gotten you to do over the phone. Id then raise a fault to be looked into further.
