We have a problem with the NBN dropping out in the afternoon around 1.30 to 5
We had no problems for around 12 months until a NBN contractor turned up to do something out side the house since then we have had issues.
Rebooting does not help.
All the correct indicator lights are on on the modem saying everything is working but there is no connectivity.
This is driving us nuts!!

It could be modem parental time controls blocking internet access. Have you tried a factory reset of modem by pressing the reset button for at least 10 seconds while modem is powered on.
Ther are also online parental time controls at Telstra My account that could be turned on.
The drop outs are to regular to be caused by a line fault and lights on modem are normal.
