Kingswood 2747 Anyone else suddenly having drop out problems. Ours started yesterday. We have had every assortment of modem colours as well as some lights being out. Have powered down several times. Can’t watch any streaming or surf the net. Landline on and off too.
I can see that there is an outage listed for ADSL in that area, relating to a Cable cut. I don't have access to your service details, so I can't confirm that this is directly related to what you are experiencing.
If you haven't done so already, please contact Tech Support where they can securely access your service details and advise further.
