Hi , I went to the Telstra store last Monday and ordered a new nbn plan and was given a modem. We have taken it home and connected it. While it wasn’t connected the internet was showing up on our Telstra app 24/7 but now that it connected( as advised by email) the internet is missing from our 24/7 app. Can we somehow get this back on there
