No NBN service since 19th January

My internet has been down since 19th Jan, I have spent untold hours on the phone with Telstra and 5 days wasted waiting for NBN tech appointments only to have them all cancelled without me being told.  I have had 1 visit from a Telstra tech who installed a new modem and did numerous tests, determining that the fault was with NBN,  I currently have internet access on 4G, which can be painfully slow.  I have been promised call backs from a case manager but have heard nothing from him for over a week.  I have pleaded for help but appear to be forgotten about.  I am at my wits end as to where to go from here, can anyone help.....
