Hi, We received out telstra smart modem 5 weeks ago and three weeks later the Internet is working after a tech came out. Now three weeks further on the phone side is still not working is is after numerous calls and chats and using level 2 support. Now tonight the radio signal light went out so we have no backup access either. Getting it a;; to work would be invaluable for both myself and friend whom use it for various reasons. If anyone can make suggestions to get everything fully working it would be much appreciated. or do we arrange to get another tech out to check if the actual modem is fully working.
