Openvpn to Synology NAS with Telstra smart modem Gen 2 - please help :)

Hi there, I am trying to restore openvpn access to my Synology NAS, after Telstra changed my modem to Telstra smart modem Gen 2 - with a Netgear Telstra Cable Adapter.   Note that I can access the Synology browser interface ok - only vpn access is not working.

 

The modem log says:

These are my settings on the synology:

I have re-exported the openvpn config file to no avail.

 

Can anyone advise?

I'm sorry to see that you've been having issues with your VPN and can appreciate this would have been frustrating.

 

Have you spoken with tech support over this as well? If so, what's been advised?
