Permanent Connection on Telstra Cat-M1 / NB-IoT

Good Afternoon,


We are an IOT device manufacturer that is using both the 3G and 4G Cat-M1 networks for our clients.


Our clients are using our devices in a "permanent connection" scenario.


We are now seeing many dropouts and lost connections on the 4G Cat-M1 service that fail to recover, on the 3G service we see no such dropped connections that fail to recover.


Is this related to the new 4g Cat-M1 network technology, or some other issue we are missing ?
