Recently switched to Telstra NBN from TPG ADSL. Informing TPG?
As the title says. I've informed TPG a few days ago on the 11th of Jan, they called me up and did the marketing talk, I responded positively but my phone died before I could give my consent. Regardless of that they still processed some new deal.
I've switched to Telstra since then and I've been informed that once I switch ISP, the old ISP will stop their plan and stop charging you (other than the remaining fee).
When I check the TPG account it still says that I'm in a plan.
