Are you able to see the Pre-Paid device when you login to your Telstra My Account? If you can you'll be able to recharge it when you're logged into your My Account.

Are you able to see the Pre-Paid device in your Telstra 24/7 App?
If you can you'll be able to recharge in the 24/7 App.
If you can't see the device in either of these I'd suggest that you contact Telstra Pre-Paid on 1258880 and they'll be able to help you recharge your device.
