Smart Modem Gen 2 4G Backup "No device connected"

I have received a Smart Modem Gen 2 for my new ADSL connection, and as I known my ADSL service has not yet been activated. Installed the modem followed guide, the blue light was on and the 4G backup internet was working fine. I could connect Internet via Wifi for only couple hours. Since then the light of Mobile Signal has been off. "No device connected" are showing in "Configuration", "SIM" and "Diagnostic" tabs of "Modem" on Advance view in 192.168.0.1 even I have reset and reboot the modem so many times.

I suspect you have a faulty SIM, ring support 13393 and request they send a new SIM or modem.

It’s 133933. It was missing the last digit. Typos are pretty easily done Smiley Happy

Thanks cf4, are you sure the support number is 13393, generally it supposes to be 6 digits, isn't it?
