Something Strange with NBN

for the last few weeks we seem to get some kind of static,  hard to explain but when we watch Foxtel or TV channels there is a jump/skip in the programme. It’s like we lose audio for a split second. I can only describe it as imagine you are talking while walking, and you trip or miss a step and you stop mid-sentence.   It happens throughout the night. Is it the NBN? How do I get rid of it. it’s so annoying while watching our programmes.

Hi Binksy

If you are watching the programs through a streaming service or device then it may be a connection or a WiFi issue. The best place to start would be get the Telstra Home Dashboard app and do some tests on the service here.
