Which light is blue (and could it be purple - a purple online light would indicate that it is connected via 4G backup)?
If you have an ADSL or FTTN/B connection check that modem's DSL port is connect to phone socket. If you have more than phone socket try another phone socket and make sure nothing is plugged into spare phone sockets. For all other types of connections types check that modem's WAN port is connected to NBN NTD (NBN connection) or cable adapter (Telstra cable)
If you have the modem connected up correctly ring support 132200 and lodge a fault.
