Switch back to fixed is not working please advise

Have done reset and then switched off as requested but still modem is blue light indicating still thru mobile service and has been since 22 Jan, please advise.

Go to https://fix.telstra.com and run through the troubleshooting to see if there is an identifiable problem with your fixed service.

 

You will probably have to call 1800 834 273 at the end to arrange a technicians visit admin it sound like there is an issue. 

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
