I just received my new Telstra Smart Modem. I went to install it last night and it won't connect to the internet. I am on ADSL2.
The online light is staying orange. (10mins).
I tried resetting the Modem by powering on/off and resetting.
I then plugged in my old Thomson TG782T and this worked straight away.
Any ideas please

Log into the modem http://192.168.0.1 (admin/Telstra) and check that the correct Bigpond email address and password is entered in the PPPOE section of the Basic > Broadband Settings
