TG797n V3 mailbox disable

OK, I have a Technicolor TG797n V3 connected to the NBNCo's Fixed Wireless unit. All internet etc works fine, except that I usually have to manually reconnect to my internal network after a restart, AND, the mailbox keeps grabbing all incoming calls that are not answered by us. Smiley Mad

How do I stop it from doing this, so our answering machine can take on the role that it was bought for?

How can I disable the mailbox in the TG, is the question.

No help here, but managed to get a call through from the Live Chat area, who transferred me to the NBN team, who then managed to arrange to have it (Home Messages 101, I assume) removed.

Thanks to Lauren, who actually spoke actual English and appeared to be in Australia!
