Am experiencing some dropouts/stalls and wondering if a firmware update will fix this.
Current firmware is 18.1.c.0384-950-RB
Was going all right to start with, only had it about 2 months, but this last week its gone to sh*t
Maybe a replacement modem may be on the cards.

You have the latest firmware which was only released about three weeks ago. It takes several weeks for all modems to be updated. The new firmware might have a bug that is causing your dropouts. When the dropouts occur do any of the lights on the modem change?
If it says not connected then you must have some other type of NBN connection. On a FTTN connection the DSL port is connected to a phone wall sockets. All other types of NBN connections the WAN port is connected to a NBN box.
