Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 - Intermittent Loss of Access
I have a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2 connected to a cable gateway.
I'm experiencing intermittent lost of access to the modem. When I loose access to the modem I can access the internet via WiFi or ethernet nor am I able to access the modem itself via the IP address. There are no alarms on the cable gateway when I loose access to the Smart Modem.
I would have to power cycle the Smart Modem and then everything comes back to normal.
So far I have power cycle the Smart Modem about over 10 times since I got the service which was week ago.
Should I get the modem replaced? Any other suggestions?
