Telstra gateway max slow with only 1 DOCSIS Channel

Hi

 

I am experiencing random slow download and high ping / jitter. Only one DOCSIS channel is bonding. I have tried resets and diconnecting the cable. A technician came out and his replcement test modem also only bonds to one channel.

Is there anything than could be done to get the 8 channels to bond?

I've asked our Technical Support guys to take a look at this for you and see if they can provide an answer. 
 

They're quite busy at the moment, so I can't say when they'll be able to reply though sorry.

When the technician attended, what did he advised would be done? Have you contacted Tech Support to re-report this so that we can continue to investigate this issue for you?

Hi Shelly

He said it was a problem on the network and raised it further. I still have a call open for the problem. It's been open for 6 weeks now.

Any help would be much appreciated

Typically the escalation described would occur within a week or two at the most. Our consultants do contact customers to follow up, however as it has been such a long period of time, I would suggest that you contact Tech Support to check for an update and re-report if necessary.
