Telstra smart modem

I work remotely and have been supplied with a commander phone system. I initially didn’t have any problems but now Telstra has issued me with a new Smart Modem and I can’t receive calls. Have been told by Commander Telstra need to disable SIP ALG and NQOS. Help

SIP settings can't be changed on Telstra Modems

You could try forwarding the VOIP ports to the commander or DMZ'ing it
