Telstra t-Gateway - Red Eco Light

I installed and used my new telstra gateway yesterday with no problems. Today when I woke up I could not get a wifi connection and there is a solid red light on the Eco light. There is a green b next to WAN and no other lights.

I have tried the following with no success:
Turned it off, waited 30 seconds and turned in back on
Held down the Eco button
Double checked all cables connected properly
Changed the ADSL splitter
Changed phone outlets
Disconnected all devices from wifi

Could someone please help with suggestions as to what else I can do?

The ECO light being red indicates that there is an issue with the connection and to refer to the other lights to help diagnose.

 

Without specifics *similar* issues are a bit tricky to advise how to fix. The following links provides general troubleshooting for ADSL services which may help you, but if the issue continues, you will need to contact Tech Support on 133 933 so that this can be investigated further for you.
