new nbn service is not working

ever since i have nbn connected early April 2019, it has not been working consistently. it keeps dropping out or totally unavailable. called telstra and nbn technician is supposed to come and check but never turned up after wasting the whole day waiting for someone to come to check. Now i am using my 4G for my easter long weekend. Telstra, i demand an answer to my problem. Please help.
