new smart modem connects to a 4G Switch - network not connecting

Recieved a new smart modem after mine was fried in a storm. The modem connects to a 4g switch with 3 computers and a printer running off it. Only 1 computer is connecting to the internet. Any advice on where to look to start sorting this out.. its a business line.
