In My Account the last line for NBN Order Tracker is "Order Complete".
When is an order considered complete by Telstra?
I understand Telstra Techs have to run tests on our NBN connection before they close the order?
Is it after those tests?

If you have elected to do self installation then order is considered complete when all work to activate the service is completed by Telstra and NBN Co.
If order is shown as complete and the equipment has been connected as per instructions but internet is not working ring Telstra support 1800 834 273 and report a fault.
