ADSL moved house

Moved house. Three weeks later can’t connect to ADSL. TELSTRA keep fiving us data to hotspot but sick of this. Can I get any help?

Have you been told that it is because there are no ports available? If so, there is no remedy other than calling up every month and reorder and hope for the best..
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
