Has anyone got any tips for
How to get Telstra case
Managers to actually call you back . Been without internet for weeks and weeks now . Call at least once a week and get passed to 3 or 4 people . Never resolved , case manager never calls back . Is there a direct number can use to escalate or an ombudsman can go to. This has been going on since Feb
