Leaving Telstra

Having left Telstra in the last week let me just say that I never would of considered leaving Telstra about 20 years ago.

 

The continual dumbing down of the workforce, replacing people in the know and technical expertise with people with no clue of telecommunications and call centres in the Philippines and India.

 

Simple requests become a major drama with poor English and technical skills.

 

The fact that Indian Tech Support Scammers say they are from ‘The Telstra Technical Department’ and nothing is done to stop them or even trace them makes one think that Telstra is aiding and abetting them.

 

In closing remember, Shekels can be dearer friends, especially when there are many, many of them.
