Booked a month ago, for July 11th, as Telstra claims that a test on the phone line is needed.
No one shows up. Call them at 16.30 to find out that allegedly someone sent me a text message - that I NEVER received - pushing the order back by a MONTH !!!!!
A MONTH !!!
This is not rurarl, in the woods or outback.
This is suburban Melbourbe.
This is the 21st Century.
Mr. Graham Bell would be ashamed.
