New connections

Have tried to connect a new phone and internet line, have been promised numerous times Telstra will notify me to confirm this new connection. Still waiting, have tried clicking on link provided to connect me to the last person I spoke with but this fails. Any easy way to do this?

contact 24x7 chat and ask for an order number and the link to the order number status
