my telstra bigpond email address was suspended . No reason given exactly given except it may of been accessed by someone not authorised but this was never confirmed. My webmail is now working after account reinstated but outlook now can’t log into email address. I was put thru to a platinum telstra specialist who said that a small percentage of time this happens as there is a problem in system with logging in. She said don’t worry it won’t take long to fix but I have to sign up to a $10 month platinum club and that issue will be solved. Can someone tell me if this is a telstra issue or a outlook issue as I have outlook on home computer iPad and iPhone and all stopped working after account suspended and reinstated. Why is telstra trying to rip me off and get me to sign up to a $10 plan

You only need to sign for platinum support if you need help in setting up your email client (Outlook). If there is problem with mail server preventing your email client working that should be fixed without you having to pay for platinum support.
Have you changed email passwords since your email account was last working? If you have changed the email password have you updated the email password on your devices?
Not changed password
