I just moved to new property in Orange Honeyman Drive.
There are nearly 40 houses - all new. Junction box is there... Its been 2 weeks Tesltra says there is work scheduled to be done thus they are not able to connect at present and cannot give me a date.
Checked with Developer and they say cabeling has been done and they just need to connect the lead.
But telstra would not listen to what Developer says and would not send a Technician.
What are my Options here.
Noone knows what Junction Box is ( May be it is called a Junction Box)
Can I open the Junction Box myself and if I can check something?
