unusual circumstances - moving house

We have had a flood and Telstra will not let me freeze my account while we move out for 4 months to have our house repaired....they want to still charge us. NOT HAPPY under enough stress already with house, dont need more bills

Anyone else have this problem?

We have internet where we are staying and have mobiles. So do not need there service whilst we are not living at home.

Very frustrating...
