We keep receiving emails telling us that our domain name (irallentransport.com.au) will expire on 8 Nov. We have tried renewing online as we usually do but just get a sysyem error. We have sent multiple emails to email@example.com but never get a reply. We have asked our Telstra Rep for assistance but he just wants us to transfer our platform. My office manager has spent over an hour on two calls to Support who have now informed her that phone support is not available with our platform and to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It really is being to look like something from a Monty Python sketch.
Last year on this board someone else had the same problem (Not getting a response from email@example.com
on 12-08-2013 09:28 AM) and Brodie_Telstra came to his aid. I am hoping the same will happen for me.
