Changes to International Travel Pass

From July 1 if you activate your phone on international roaming  in an eligible it will automatically activate the international day  pass  at $10 per day Will  this occur even if you have opted on your account to disable the day pass facility

Hi DV55

So International Day Passes will activate automatically when ‘roaming’ is switched on with mobile devices in eligible countries so you will no longer be charged at Pay-as-you-go rates (PAYG).

If you travel to an eligible country, instead of being charged (PAYG):
$3 per MB
75c per SMS
$3.50 upwards per minute of calling

You''ll be charged (Day Pass Rates):
$10 per day (or $5 per day in New Zealand)

And will get:
Unlimited SMS and calls to standard numbers
200MB of data
 

If you do not want to have this activated, you will need to contact us on 132200 live chat  https://tel.st/g38pp and we can remove international roaming from your service so you will not be charged at Day Pass rates.
