Cross communications closing accounts !!

Why is it impossible to close a small business account when going through the proper channels at Telstra. I have been trying since i sold my house on the 17th Sept 2018 till

now 30th Nov 2018 and to-day i received another reminder that the closed account bill is available for viewing. What bill is that , the account is closed now. (it was finally closed this week) Cross communications at their best and that is from a communication company !!!!!

I think you need to look up the definition of cross communication. Hint: your problem is not a case of cross communication.

You can still receive a bill for a closed account if there is an outstanding amount or if it is in credit.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
